YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and appearance of warehouse and yard locations in support of our regional goals
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Maintain safe work environment through adherence to safety regulations and standards
Develop and implement lines of communication and tracking between field management ensuring that the Company is providing first class quality and service to our internal and external customers
Confirm that a chain of custody is created for all material entering our warehouse
Ensure material is transferred efficiently and accurately from storage to our production team
Manage and refine warehouse process to increase productivity and reduce waste
Manage and assist with cycle counts and inventory control
Manage receivers handling incoming and outgoing deliveries
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when necessary
Coordinate with procurement and logistics staff to replace material damaged during transportation
Ensure the safe operation of equipment and vehicles
Assist fleet services to prepare vehicles for sale
Work with a team to maintain a clean and tidy work area to ensure a safe working environment

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Proficient understanding of the requirements of material handling in a warehouse setting
Ability to operate warehouse
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Proficient in using a tablet to enter data
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
WHAT YOU BRING TO US
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate degree preferred
Minimum 5 years in construction support operation and knowledge of construction equipment and materials
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:
General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

PAY RANGE
$75,600.00-$99,300.00 AnnualThe pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate’s pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
